Meaning and concept of management

Every individual has several needs and desires but they canny be fulfill all for the satisfaction of many needs, one to depend on the group effort. The word of management is a fast growing subject in the world. It is concern with the achievement of goals and large in effectively so that the objective or targets could be archive properly. The activities of the organization should be conducted in a sequence order so that the inputs could be used properly. {Inputs: - man power, money, methods, market, materials, machinery, in formation/Ideas =6mti}.

Management can be defined with the help of different concepts and aspects

Concept of management: -

 Management is a fast growing subject in the word. It is concern with the achievement of goals and target in effective way, fastest economic. In the management, a manager mobilization human and other Resources properly and effectively, so that the objective of target could be archive properly. The activities of organization should be conducted in a sequential order so that the inputs could be use properly Management can be define with help of different concepts and aspects, such concept and accepts are as on following

1)    Functional concepts          

according to functional concept management consist different function like planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, etc. such function are to be conducted by the manager.

According to hennery Foyal "Management is to manage different function like plan to organize to command to co-ordination and to control"

According to Terry "management is a distinct process consisting of planning, organizing activating and controlling performance to determent and compost the object by the use of human being and other resources."

From the help of above definition, we can say that management is the command name of various function that are conducted by organization to archive goals or objective/

According to these concepts, management is related with getting things done through the help of other people the group effort, term work etc are essentials for the attairment or the organization goals.

      According to KOONTz "management can be define as the art of getting things done through and with the people in formally organized group. It is the art of creating and environment in which people can performance and indivisible co-operated towards attending group goals. It is optimizing the effency of the people for achieving the goals"

In conclusion management can be regarded as the function or art of civilizing the people. It is the art of getting thins done through other people management provides such environment where all individuals performed their works and activities in such way that common goals can be achieve.

According to the concepts management is related to make scientific and effective decision making. It also concerns toward effective leadership who can effierence of the behavior of other people. according to perversion and plough man; management is a technical by means of which proposed and obiject of a particular human growth are determined, clarified and  executed.

4)    Productivity concept

                        According to this concept management is the art of maximizing the productivity with minimum effort. It also support to provide quality products or best service as a minimum cast.

According to Fw Faylor "management is the art of nosing excite what you want men to do and see that they do that in best and cheapest way"

5)    Integration  concept

                           According to this concept management co-ordinates and integrates all type of available resources especially human resource and machinery to enhances the result for the productivity of the organization for the achievement of organization goals.

                     According to trwetha and Newport "management can be defend  as the co-ordination of human and metrical resource essential in the effective and efficiency attainment of objectives .
